  Scott 2, all the way. Most Scott fans I've known are predisposed towards that one for various reasons, his own songwriting skills are growing by leaps and bounds, he's interpreting more esoteric pop stuff by Bacharach, Don Black, etc...they may even be commissions, as you've noticed the production is very striking, and the quality of the Brel material (Jackie. Next. Forget about it) is at a peak.

    I agree, great production quality. I sing Jackie all the time when I'm driving (perhaps I should not admit that??). Brilliant.
